Founder & Director of Surround Circle Yoga ~ Kripalu Yoga Teacher & Inner Journey Mentor

I help people LOVE WHAT THEY SEE when they look in the mirror ~ to honour and connect to the body they were given.

Through traditional & restorative yoga, Inner Journey transformation techniques, aromatherapy massage, meditation, journaling, and creative art projects, students and clients are guided to see themselves ‘real’… acknowledging and accepting all parts of who they truly are.

I work with clients on a one-on-one basis or in groups to help them gain strength and flexibility, and to achieve emotional balance and well-being.

My teaching and mentoring is steeped in the lineage of Kripalu Yoga, empowering people to realize their full potential through the wisdom and practice of yoga.

My dharma (soul purpose) honours the gifts that I have been given, and I share these gifts with others in an unconditional loving way.

A little about me…

When I was introduced to yoga nearly thirty years ago I was struggling with many aches and pains that came from being a long distance runner. To my delight, yoga not only provided relief from my physical discomfort, I gained profound emotional and spiritual benefits and I began to appreciate a fresh new perspective on the world around me. Everything changed. I left a successful, highly competitive sales career. Practicing and teaching yoga became my way of life.

Yoga energizes my body and nourishes my soul. I have learned to accept and welcome stillness. I have grown more confident and adventurous, and I continue to be motivated to dive deeper into the mystery of who I am.

Out of the passion for my practice, I created Surround Circle Yoga. Over the past ten years, tenacity, focus, and faith have helped me grow a sustainable and thriving yoga business. My heart’s desire has always and continues to be… to share my journey and support others as they release old unhealthy patterns and experience the transformative benefits of yoga.
